Enhance your business operations with AI
AI runs the connective tissue of your operation such as handling intake, documentation, communication, and billing, while your team runs the strategy that actually grows the business.
What AI handles
The four jobs every operation runs on.
Intake
Customers, jobs, and patients enter your system — no phone calls, no paperwork.
Documentation
Work gets captured the moment it happens — photos, structured data, in the field.
Communication
Customers, patients, and stakeholders get exactly what they need, when they need it.
Billing
Invoices generate themselves the moment work is done — and payment closes the loop.
Real businesses. Real outcomes.
Field services, healthcare, property management — three teams that handed the repetitive work to software we built, and freed their people for the work that actually grows the business.
How we work.
A clear, four-step engagement. No surprises, no agency theater.
- 01
Walk the operation
We come on-site and watch how the work actually happens — not how the org chart says it does.
- 02
Design around your process
We map the friction and shape the system around your operation — not the other way around.
- 03
Build and deploy
We build the platform, connect it to your tools, and roll it out alongside your team.
- 04
Stay close as it takes root
We don’t disappear at launch. We support adoption and evolve the system as you grow.
30 minutes. No pitch. Just a conversation about your operation.

“I don’t see the problem. I see the software solution.”
I’m Jake. I started Lawlor Solutions out of a Starbucks management job and a stubborn obsession with what AI could actually do for real businesses — back when most people were still calling it a gimmick.
It started with one client, Junk In Our Trunk, where I quietly automated their entire invoicing process and saved the owner two hours a night. His reaction was: “What else can we do?” That question became the company.
Today, I work with owners across every kind of operation — not because they have it figured out, but because they’re open. They say “trust me, go fix the thing,” and we go fix the thing together. If that sounds like you, we’ll get along.
