I’m Jake. I started Lawlor Solutions out of a Starbucks management job and a stubborn obsession with what AI could actually do for real businesses — back when most people were still calling it a gimmick.
It started with one client, Junk In Our Trunk, where I quietly automated their entire invoicing process and saved the owner two hours a night. His reaction was: “What else can we do?” That question became the company.
